This notice explains how MB Clarimint processes personal data when you visit or buy from Petson.

Data we process
- identity, contact, billing and delivery information;
- order, cart, product, payment-status, delivery and return information;
- messages and customer-support records;
- technical, security, device and cookie information;
- consent and marketing preferences where those features are enabled.
Payment providers process payment credentials under their own notices. Petson does not receive or store full card credentials.
Purposes and legal bases
- performing the purchase contract, delivering orders and handling returns;
- meeting accounting, tax, product-safety and other legal obligations;
- preventing fraud, securing the service and establishing or defending legal claims on the basis of legal obligation or legitimate interests;
- answering enquiries and improving essential service operation;
- non-essential analytics or marketing only with consent where consent is required.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared only as necessary with Shopify and its commerce infrastructure, hosting and security providers, payment and checkout providers, carriers and fulfilment partners, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and approved analytics, consent or email providers when enabled. Some providers or fulfilment partners may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, applicable accounting and consumer-law periods, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends, subject to any required suppression record.
Cookies
Essential cookies are used for security, cart, checkout, preferences and core operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are used only after the required consent. You can change or withdraw consent through the cookie settings available on the storefront. Browser controls can also remove stored cookies, although disabling essential cookies may prevent core features from working.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
