Shipping policy
Available delivery destinations, methods, prices and the order-specific estimate are shown during checkout. If checkout does not accept an address, delivery to that destination is unavailable.
Fulfilment
Orders may be dispatched from Lithuania, another EEA country, or directly by a vetted third-party fulfilment partner, including a partner in China or another non-EEA country. MB Clarimint remains the seller and is responsible for delivery and consumer rights regardless of dispatch location.
Delivery time
The estimate shown before purchase forms part of the order information. Unless a different period is expressly agreed before purchase, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Separate items may arrive in separate parcels.
Charges, tax and customs
Delivery fees and all charges known to us are shown before purchase. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import charge that was not disclosed at checkout, contact us before paying it. We do not require customers to accept undisclosed mandatory charges.
Tracking and delays
Tracking is provided when available. Carrier scans and estimates can change. If an order is late, lost or visibly damaged, contact mbclarimint@gmail.com with the order number. The seller, not the customer, is responsible for resolving delivery with a carrier appointed by us.
Receipt
Inspect the parcel promptly. If it is visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and goods where practical and notify us. Reporting promptly helps investigation but does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
